She doesn't do that much touring compared to other artists, she makes most of her money from her digital sales. Doesn't do that much promo either, she did none for her last single You Da One and has only done 1 bit of promo on the Jonathan Ross Show for her new single Talk That Talk. This whole era is a mess. She filmed a video for TTT but it's unclear whether she'll ever release it or if she's moved on already, announced on Twitter that Birthday Cake feat. Chris Brown was a new single and the other day said she had finished filming a video for Where Have You Been. She can't use the excuse she was touring for lack of promo neither because her Loud tour finished in December.
