That would be me funnily enough. I dont really use it as much as most of my friends but I would be allowed to use it yeah. Especially if it is your father who is black but it's the same either way.

Yea I think it's the context the word is used in. If friends are saying in a fun and friendly way, I think it's a good word.

But when it's used as an insult or in a derogatory way, then that's wrong.
