Needless to say I moved on somewhere else. Those were the most expensive drinks I ever bought at £9 a glass.

The Banyan Tree Hotel in Bangkok is an expensive little number. worth it though for the Vertigo restaurant. well... if you count walking out to it - retching, stomach flips and then clinging to the walls in absolute terror!
