There is nothing that wasn't expected and nothing that will precipitate a riot - in fact, it's a nothing set of bills which will fill Parliament's time rejecting, deferring or changing most of them, while the economy goes from bad to worse, although Cameron's Cronies will, inevitably, make more tax-efficient millions while the rest of us make do and mend .....

Reducing the risk to the taxpayer doesn't put money in my pocket but it helps the Government balance the books - the bill, apparently, will do nothing about the vast discrepancy between interest rates charged and interest rates paid .....
