To proudly reflect District 10's specialisation in the art of erm Livestock, we decided to draw influence from the animals we tend to. Starting with...

...which provides the base layer for the breathtaking ensemble worn by Cassius for tonights parade. Making this outfit even more splendid is the Rhinestone encrusted cowboy hat and boots that our ingenious stylist created:

These reflect the nature of the working class of our humble district: we mostly tend to livestock so sturdy hats and boots are essential. The rhinestones? Well they just make things look pretty. To further connect this ensemble back to District 10, Cassius shall be wearing a Sheriff's badge...

...with the District 10 emblem (seen above) emblazoned on it. To top off this outfit, Cassius will be bringing a live cow from District 10 onto his chariot, which again, shows the respect for nature and the environment shown by the denizens of District 10.

And to show that Cassius is still a force to be reckoned with, he will carry a pitchfork with him. Years of moving hay (to feed horses) with this tool have made him incredibly skilled in its use, its sharp prongs making it extremely deadly~
