Something along these lines...
Entrées ~Pan seared Canadian sea scallop with a fresh herb white wine sauce and wakame seaweed.~ Plat Principal ~Kobe beef sirloin with various seasonal vegetables and sesame sauce~ I never have dessert.... I had the good fortune to try kobe beef, just the once, in New York. It was absolute heaven, and extremely expensive.
