It definitely matters to me. My first BF was huge and it seems counter-intuitive to say, but it really was a problem. You can't do anything with it if it's too big. I have a bad gag reflex and a low tolerance for pain, so it just didn't work.
More than a mouthful is a waste, that's my motto.
BIgger is better is only true when it comes to porn, imo.
