Here's the new creative mode menu on the PC the compass is a search function



New emerald ore


New naturally formed Pyramids added into desert biomes (with secrets inside)


Added Silverfish egg

Desert specific villages added


Ability to trade with villagers, currency is emerald ore (in this screenshot it appears as ruby, but was changed due to the similarity to redstone)


Added sandstone stairs

And finally the Enderchest, a place to store your items, if the chest is destroyed, which is next to impossible, the items will remain inside so that when you make a new one, they will be in there

I bought the official version for my Xbox and I'm addicted. I'm seriously considering buying the PC version. I've been looking on Minecraft wiki and all the kickass features like abandoned mine shafts and the End aren't on the Xbox one yet so yeah.

The PC one is a lot better, after all, you don't even see these guys in the 360 version til later this year

Jeb has decided to readd Emerald Ore into the game, though its not actually been taken out, he planned to remove it

The latest snapshot has added a preliminary Adventure Mode! (Breakable blocks)

Also
The survival inventory on Creative mode now has armour and crafting slots!


All creatures are now more challenging

Placing blocks is improved
Block of emerald has been added

Snow is now placeable

Tripwire now added

String is now placeable


You earn experience from mining ores and smelting

You can't place or break blocks, its great for custom adventure maps :P
