Freddie was actually unwatchable, Marcus was incredibly static and just talked about how everyone around him is boring, and Siavash was in the same line as awful season-ruining Housemates as Ziggy and John James. Yeah sorry, nothing could keep BB10 afloat since it might've had the worst male cast ever.

No one's suggesting John James was anything short of a prick, but him and Sam Pepper made BB11. And that is a fact.

Housemates that spark debate, create discussion and get people talking and watching are entertaining, and those are the ones that should always remain in the house over those who don't, i.e. the dullards. It's illogical to want them to be evicted and even more illogical to support dullards over them to win - as then we're left with no drama, no arguments, no storylines and nothing to discuss, virtually killing the series stone dead.

There is a big difference between people and housemates, and when watching Big Brother you should only ever judge the cast as the latter. Sure, nice people are lovely and I'm sure it'd be fan-daby-dozy to have a cup of tea with them - but do they make good TV? The answer's no I'm afraid.

We aren't going to be getting along this summer I feel...

It's not a fact. BB11 was an awful season so nothing "made" it, but Ben and Corin my two favorites so they "made" the season for me.

And once again that's not always true. Watching John James constantly degrade women and manipulate production was certainly controversial but in no ways was it for me entertaining. It's not illogical to want people like him to be evicted because they're vile wenches and a lot of the time, actually painful to watch. This whole archetype of Housemates (the Ziggys, Darnells, Siavashs, John James's, Aarons, etc.) don't bring anything positive to the show. The longer they last, the closer they become to ruining the season.

And please, don't tell me how I should be watching BB and judging the cast. It's possible to make good TV without being a vile creature. You don't have to be a prick or an asshole to everyone you come across to be entertaining. If that's all you find to be entertaining, then I'm sorry for you.
