Chris doesn't have one single redeeming feature. He's overweight, has a strange child-like face and the voice of a nine-year old girl. If he had a nice personality or a great sense of humour it would cancel out a lot of that, but he doesn't. He never listens, he antagonises, he bickers when there's nothing to bicker about and despite him being in charge of all the evidence to the contrary, he thinks himself an "Alpha male" - a quite ridiculous notion. As lostalex pointed out, Alpha males don't have to tell you they're Alpha males, you just know.

He has deliberately taken jobs to make him feel as if he is an alpha male & make people think he is someone not to be messed with, when in actual fact he is as threatening as a kitten...
