Does it matter? Obviously we're talking about Scott here, so don't try and make it look like the lot of this isn't aimed at him because it blatantly is.

You have been told time and time again that the way someone reacts to grief is nobody's business but their own. If he feels comfortable in the house after losing a loved one, great. If he doesn't, great.

If you can't understand that then there really is no point in me wasting my time explaining something to someone who either cannot grasp that or is just playing ignorant.

I refer you to every single post that quotes your inane ramblings and ridiculous logic on this thread.

It is our business when they set foot in the BB house.

Ok. If you say so. I don't particularly want to progress onto a childish off topic discussion which is where you are taking this. I just find it pathetic really that some people, like yourself, seem so desperate to know his private business. And please don't make assumptions about me and try to pass them off as fact. You don't know me.

No, it isn't. It never is and he certainly doesn't deserve to be called 'a heartless monster' because you don't agree with the way he copes with things. That's what I call heartless.

I agree with other posters that grief is a personal thing and there's no right or wrong way to act.

To make a judgement about someone's behaviour during grief, especially someone who is in an extraordinary situation, lacks insight and empathy. None of us know the circumstances or have experienced being in the BB house.

I appreciate that the whole point of BB is for the viewers to make judgements about HMs so we can vote for a winner, but think in these circumstances it would be more respectful and supportive to Scott and his family to put opinions aside and just accept whatever decisions he has made are right for him, regardless of what we would do ourselves.

I have seen a lot of people already in my life who have lost really close friends and family.

I have noticed the people grieving have, took comfort in going to Church more, locked thmeselves away in the house and not wanted to talk to anyone, I have seen others go and stay with friends, I have seen people go away on a holiday on their own too.

On the other side, I have seen people throw themselves into work, or the social scene, surround themselves with as many people as they can.

There are people who have to be at the funeral and all the days leading up to it be involved, others only appear on the day of the funeral and then others don't even wish to attend a funeral.

All that tells me,is there is no set way to grieve after losing someone you know or someone really close.

Whether Scott is in a reality show on TV is neither here nor there, all that matters is what he wants to do now as to things, if his choice is to continue in BB and as has been pointed out in this thread there are no rules to say he cannot and shouldn't then his wishes are paramount.
If it wasn't a big issue for Tom last year then it shouldn't be for Scott this year with no new guidelines from BB on the issue.

I hope Scott is okay and all I hope for from this reality show he is on is that he gets support if he needs it and asks for it,away from all cameras and allow him to complete as far as he can his BB experience.

I would guess though, it is a dislike of Scott anyway,(rather than concern at continuing in a reality show after a death), that is possibly behind the attacks on him as to this very sad time for him but a time he is trying to see through with dignity and not go out seeking any sympathy.

Absolutely. Nobody knows either, how they would actually react in such a situation, should it happen to them personally. Sometimes we do not act as we thought we would, when faced with a similar situation in our lives.

To be honest, putting on a controversial opinion that you know you'd get a right bollocking for (which you did) comes across as attention-seeking and trolling.

You should know that when I say I'll add someone to my ignore list or blank them it won't be until the discussion's over.

Me not be able to accept other people's points of view? You sit there and have the audacity to think that being hypocritical will get you anywhere in this debate? Says the one who has to resort to name calling and abuse of a housemate because you don't agree with someone's way of coping with something, which I have said on this thread repeatedly, yet you still don't grasp the point.

Name-calling someone because of different viewpoints is completely unjustifiable and there are no 'opinions' to be discussed here. Or do you want me to spell it out to you?

I made a comment that people have differing views, stating that Scott can make his own decisions. I was told this was an actual debate. That's why I asked what we were actually debating? As I said, I don't see anything for debate as we don't know any of the facts surrounding who has died and the circumstances around it, and I don't see the necessity. I did not say I had not read the thread and didn't know what anyone was talking about, as that would be a bit silly of me really. And that makes me "deliberately obtuse, and provocative"?

It is a debate if people have differing opinions..or you could call it..."a discussion", or "an exchange of views", it all boils down to the same thing, okay we dont know the circumstances per se, but we can still debate/discuss hypothetically speaking.

I am quite aware of the meaning of "debate". Please don't try and patronise me.

I'm not denying it. The fact that I lied the last time BB was on means nothing now we're on BB this time around.

It would also be appreciated if you could actually stay on topic, rather than bringing up a totally trivial issue that bears no relevance whatsoever to the actual debate.

Yeah, now you can go sod off an' all. In fact, the exact same 'stalking' idea you have can be applied to you, too, seeing as you've replied every post I've made to you, which is fine. In a discussion you clearly want the better side of the stick.

Do you actually think before posting or do you just like to type out the most half baked-out irrational statements?
