True it's their side who will lose someone this week, but it's also because Lydia hasn't really been batting for the side she appears to be on.
She's actually been making sure Caroline's team targeted Benedict and Caroline but then herself is clever enough to disguise her manipulating the minds of them by not voting for Ben or Lauren herself.
So as the public can't see as easily that she was manipulating them as it'd make her look v bad especially when she appears to be on the other side.
Apart from that Lauren is angry as shown in the room after the nominations were revealed, she looked daggers at Caroline she has also been planning how to get back at them with Lydia and Deanna.
So that's why Lauren should be voted to stay on, but she should also be voted to stay on because it will be interesting to sere how she reacts when she finds out Lydia was the main one behind influencing votes against her.
