I don't put them in the same category as Jay and Louise because even though Jay was completely disgusting with the 'poo in the fridge' incident, he seemed to genuinely care about Louise. Louise was not the cleanest person either - actually, they were both gross when it came to personal hygiene - but they fit each other.
Louise was naturally beautiful and you could tell she was a sweet girl. Even though people would question her choice in men, she genuinely cared for him. Ashleigh's just an easy lay and she's just with Luke for a chance at fame.
