Random trivia: when I was researching a project a few years ago, I read a study that mentioned coulrophobia is usually fake. Most adults who claim it aren't really afraid of clowns, but they pick up on the cue from pop culture that they're supposed to be, so convince themselves they are, and in many other cases, say it to fit in, not because they mean it. When they test people for it, they don't have the same instant response as someone with a real phobia - they have to work themselves up to it.
With that in mind, I would LOVE to see them find a way to have that come up in the course of some task.
