Beginning to agree that she probably is uncomfotable with her weight actually. But I dont think its because shes fake like some people are twisting, I just think its a case of convincing herself shes fine with her body so not to be depressed. Denial if you like.

It's obvious she's very uncomfortable with her weight because she cried about looking stupid in trousers. She said trousers never fit her which is why she always wears skirts/dresses - I found that odd because I think trousers are more slimming than yards of fabric.
She does not feel like she can control her weight, so rather than seem like someone who's out of control, she pretends to embrace it and gorge herself. If she wants to be fat and happy, that's OK, but you can tell she's not happy with her size.

To lose weight, she needs to change her diet and exercise. At her size, it must be a daunting task to do the smallest exercises. Rather than humble herself and put in the effort, she'd rather say she's happy that fat. When it comes to food, you know she knows very little about good nutrition - she thinks the only thing people need to watch are saturated fats.

I have a feeling her family is very heavy and their biggest family activity is cooking large meals and eat themselves silly - not saying this to mock her/them, but she seems incredibly happy at the sight of food. Singing for her chicken num nums or whatever.
