Im not sure this has been clarified, my take is that the winning team can nominate people from both teams, but I have been known to be wrong..

I think the winning team just get the privilidge of nominating... it doesnt mean they get to nominate from the people in the losing team.

Thats not the issue though, the question is whether the winners can nominate people on their own team as well as the losers, or just people from the opposing team.

Exactly, I want to know if they can vote for anyone. If so, I want green to win so that Deana, Becky, Adam and Scott vote Conor and Luke S. Then again if blue wins, i think Sarah, Lauren and Luke A will vote for Conor and Caroline, but will get more votes against them. The evil blues may use Deanas popularity to get out Lauren.

I think it really is as simple as "if you don't have access to the DR you can't get in to vote". Nothing will change except that one group can't get in the DR so they can't vote. The other group that can use the DR will vote for whoever they want.
