Maybe she's got a borderline personality disorder. She doesn't seem to focus properly on whats being said to her. In the middle of the question she's already answering the next one and she jumps at random from one sentence to the next.
She doesn't seem to look at people when they are talking to her either, somethings not quite right upstairs seems to me, I'm not sure what other people think!
