No the boos don't matter, Aaron last year got boos every week in the last few weeks when he was up for eviction he even got them when he came out as the winner.
All that matters is the public votes, nothing else. Jay last year got loud cheers every time he was up for eviction but didn't win so no the boos mean not a thing.
