At least the insiders are up front and open about who they hate. The outsiders are gutless stirrers who enjoy manipulating people. None more so than Lauren, her convo with Deana was sickening.

They're a lot nicer to Deana than the others. Deana doesn't do herself many favours by over thinking everything, she's a bit of a floater herself. She's the most natural with Lauren and Luke A, do you think she could really walk into a room and strike up a convo with Caroline and her lot? I doubt it. And as for Sara, she's a lot sneaky than people think, as soon as she saw Deana had the most votes it was all hugs and kisses, she didn't pay much attention before. It's a bitchy backstabbing house, but you can't deny the smokers crew or the "outsiders" are the less malicious.
