Yes but at the end of one of the tweets after C and C chose a winner it said will BB agree, so i think there will be more to it

Conor nominated himself to go to the DR and in doing so became Sherrif, he then got to choose his deputy so you cant really blame that on BB....what you can blame them for is the vagueness of it all...ie do the teams know they will get immunity if they win....and what will Conor and Carolines role be in choosing the winning team .

On the house updates when Conor and Caroline chose Scott as the winner it said 'but does BB agree'....maybe C&C's decision has to match BB's decision.
