RR and Deana are in many ways similar.
Both are very attractive.
Both receive(d) a lot of pressure and insults from bullying males.
Both stood up to the criticisms with considerable chutzpah.
Both have a sense of propriety.
Plus I like them both.

I can only assume that the male posters who find Deana boring, think Ashleigh is a beautiful bundle of fun.

Not seen BB9 but still, Deana may seem dull if you just watch because she's classy and doesn't run around tossing people off and screaming swear words after every sentence. She went in there and had that horrible first task. She handled it the best she could and slowly the housemates started to turn against her. I liked her from before because I loved her conversations, her little actions that are always gif-worthy and her general presence in the house. She constantly handles arguments well and always remains classy about the whole thing, and even if she cries about it, she's remained strong in there for the most part. She's never been vile like they have, even after all they've done to her. She would be a great winner because she didn't need to be outrageous and ~different~ to get fans. It's not even down to her being a victim. It's just the journey she's made in that house makes her worthy of first place in my opinion.

Deana makes herself a victim.....if she wins its purely sympathy because of what that prat Conor said... I dont dislike Deana but everything is about 'HER'... like Adam said having learned 2 of her good mates were up...instead of being sympathetic she said 'I'll be up next week'.... totally selfish..

I think it is all rather sad that what you said was bang on the money. Unfortunately people like Deana have no room for sympathy for others, it would after all detract from her game plan when the only person in the house that deserves pity is her. On tonights 45 mins show spread between all the HM,s she managed to get nearly 9 good spots and in nearly half of them she was upset or crying. Defo not smily smily funny funny Deana tonight.

She even tried to steal Luke A,s thunder and was guilty for talking noms twice again, she just cant stop herself bitching and backstabbing all the bloody time, she is preoccupied with it 24/7. Its little wonder she is without a man, she cares only about money and fame period, end of story, shes a piece of work and as another poster said she is a pound stretcher version of a previous Asian contestant.

Deana won't win in my view, she will likely get through to the final day but will be one of the first out likely then.
However,I couldn't ever describe her as dull, far from it but she is someone I couldn't put up with, she is someone I see as a person you never really know where you are with and she will never admit she can be wrong or apologise either and they are 2 things I hate in people.
She is a really good housemate though.

Backstabbing is when you're being two faced. You say something nice to their face, then go behind their back and bitch an plot against them. Deana hasn't done this. She seems pretty candid and up front to me. The people she likes - Luke a, Adam, and Sara, she hasn't gone behind. Maybe Lauren, but I get that, Lauren's just as bad, and people will go to certain lengths of you're unsure as to whether you can trust someone. Basically, arguments do not equal backstabbing.

You're right! Adam Doesnt act victim all the time. Caroline and crew have also said some nasty things to Adam but he doesnt have to play act about it, which when people play act its boring. Deana Done it to arron and conor, shievonne, and that pathetic reaction to beckys secret task

Deana nominated face to face- appalling at it. However she uses that as an excuse to why people don't like it

I don't understand what you mean by dull, Taking all days into account.(First 3 weeks too): Shes contributed more than these current housemates & provided more entertainment without a doubt: Sara,Scott,Ashleigh,Luke S, Luke A, Adam, Becky & taking all days into account Conor & arguably Lauren.

So is everyone dull but Caroline? Are you a hardcore Caroline supporter and EVERYONE else is an awful winner, because thats what its coming across like.

Why oh why did Big Brother not show when Becky was talking about nominations when she called Lauren 'the spoon' went into the diary room, etc. That was essential to show Becky's true colours and how she cannot be trusted and has no integrity, unlike Lauren who was trying to support her.

I also think Big Brother in giving Connor, THE BULLY, control over 'the outsiders' and calling the shots yet again is completely wrong. So, is Big Brother actually controlling who should go out and who should win? By giving control to Connor is Big Brother saying it is ok for Bullying to carry on in the house.

Caroline is also very manipulative by talking about people and then persuading others to vote. Big Brother should show extracts when she talks about other people re: nominations, etc.

I think there should be more tasks which the 'Outsiders should be in charge as the 'Insiders' are the bullies and the manipulative ones.

I feel that there is no integrity left with the Insiders now and Big Brother should intervene to improve the situation in the House.
