Nobody was singled out specifically, she didn't order any luxury goods at all. The only difference, is that Luke A and Adam are the ones complaining.

Regardless of what she did order it is still edible.

She 'attempted' to target the smokers by not ordering what they had spent their personal part of the shopping budget on.
That's singling people out!
