I don't think she's cocky, just happy that the insiders are dwindling. I must admit I didn't like it when she kept telling Luke S to cry and asked him did he needs therapy now. I don't know if this was well meaning or intended to undermine but whatever it was I thought it was too intrusive and she should have given him space given what he's been through. It's not as though she's his friend.
