Drunk ? no way ,acting drunk, and drink does not excuse bullying, if someone smacked you in mouth would you say oh its ok they have had a drink? of course not

Your post is contradictory....you say she was clearly winding someone up with a calculated jovial trait. These my friend are actions that need to be planned and executed. If she was drunk as you say.....DRUNKS DONT PLAN NOR DO THEY EXECUTE THOSE PLANS WITH PRECISSION.. As I said, your post is moot. She knew what she was doing and did it well. All part of her push for the line. Keep the soldiers close and destroy the minor leaguers with sacasm. Both traits of a bully or at worst a passive aggressive on a mission.
