And she's had a pop at Ashleigh and Scott in the last couple of days, so she's not singling Luke S out at all, she's getting her own back on those who've wronged her and made her unhappy for weeks now. |

The man has sailed through BB surrounded by his yes-men comrades, meanwhile she has had over half of the house pick on her regularly for two months. In the end all she has done is remind him of the button and make fun of his "golden ticket", a majorly light ribbing at best. Its one on one. If he has an issue with it why hasn't he said it too her? Not just cry in the DR and show sad faces to Ash? In the toast argument between Deana and Ash, Deana had no problems calling Ash out for running and bitching to the rest of the group. The same when Becky was making faces behind Deana's back in the bedroom, she had no problem tackling her, despite knowing Becky would go running and bitching. The word "bully" is used way to often. When a group picks on one person, thats bullying. When someone with a size advantage picks on someone, then its bullying. When someone with a greater intellect picks on someone, then its bullying. If someone is giving another person a ribbing over something like having a "free pass". Then its just a ribbing...

I meant that people who are obviously smarter and use their intellect to bully, simply by out thinking or being condescending in a horrible way.

If she was worried about winning, I'd imagine that she'd be doing alot more fence sitting and playing the "victim", rather than taking the fight to the biggest guy in the house...

By the way, in the new task Luke S helps Deana to remove her boots and lets her go first into the tunnel like a gentleman. Adam was long gone and Luke A helped Luke S get out of his costume and didn't even glance at Deana to see if she needed any help. Luke S is forgiving and kind - not vindictive like Deana. |

For the most part I like the guy, he seems to be a generally nice guy. His showmance annoys me and there have been a few things that soured me to him. But my main problem with him is/was his company, I really don't like alot of the insiders. However... Deana is showing all the signs of a person who has been repressed and is suddenly freed. She is laughing, running, speaking out. From almost the first days in the house she was picked on by the others. Blatantly, by an entire group. She wasn't afraid to stand her ground, but her actions of the past few days are proof as to how guarded and tense she has been. On the other hand Luke S has had a great time. He has been surrounded by friends and hasn't had much to worry about, apart from missing his protein shakes. Since both Conor and Becky have left, Deana has lashed out at the two remaining members of the insiders. Ash and Luke. The argument with Ash was, in my opinion, far more aggressive. Almost pointing out that she wasn't going to be walked on any more. Even calling Ash out for running to the rest of the group to bitch, which has been the standard approach of the HM's this year. From the outside this row came from nothing, but it had been building for weeks. Her approach with Luke S is more ribbing than anything else. She started about slagging him about the money, the days hot topic, then apologised. She then moved on to the free pass. Again her actions are those of someone trying to prove that they aren't afraid of what would happen anymore. It is important that both of these things were said to him face to face, in the group, mostly while she was laughing. Had someone like Arron or Conor said it, chances are Luke would have laughed it off himself and told them to ****** off. But its coming from Deana, someone who he has slated while in the comfort of his click. And he really doesn't seem to know how to react, because while she ribbing him, she isn't really being offensive. She's just being direct about real time events. We've seen Deana tackle things head on before, she tried to sort things out with Conor and he shot her completely down, twice. She tackled Becky in the bed room and all that came of it was more bitching. Luke S is a sensitive guy and yes Deana could be more subtle. But nothing that she has said has been cruel. And the guy presents himself as an Alpha male. P*ss taking is a standard among any group of men, surely he should be able to take it on the shoulder?
