I think his main 'crime' appears to be that he is guilty of association with Conor et al. To be fair to him, Conor, Arron, Becky, Caroline were more friends of Ashleigh's than his. He just hung around with them because his girlfriend did.

I do think Luke S will be the HM who will regret how he spent his time and who he spent his time with in the house the most.

His mistake was his plan. He thought that the BB fans would once again be taken in by a faux-mance. He did not like Ashleigh, he used her. Not a nice trait. He loves himself too much. No personality at all.
