You need to get your facts straight. Prostitution, ie the selling of sexual favours in exchange for money or gifts is not illegal. Related activities are, such as pimping, soliciting in public places, kerb crawling, the use of force etc. What Danica does is not illegal but it IS prostitution, that's a factual statement not a judgment.
