Default What is our opinion of him?
He is not popular on DS because he read the site and slagged them off, in general he seems to divide opinion but I quite like his style and there is not much to choose from this year in terms of stand out quality IMO.

i think he is a bit overated we will see if he gets a record deal afterwards.
i would like to see him not trying to scream it out when he sings
i would like to see all of them stripped back with no backing tracks or dancers
and hear them sing.

I have really enjoyed his performances these last 2 weeks,this weekend he was the best on the night.
I wasn't keen on him from the auditions and boot camp or at Judges houses but he is delivering on the 'live' shows.

He's a good singer.

But utterly unlikeable, plus I like acts who come across as endearing, he's a miserable *******, would like him a lot more if he smiled. Saturday was a joke 'JAMES, YOU DESERVE A RECORD CONTRACT' -dead faced' 'cheers louis' URGH.

He could be nervous though or very shy and not used to amazing comments, tbh I would be all shy and quiet if people were showering me with comments like that.

They can't all be as confident as Rylan

About the only one who's versatile. Great voice

Just a shame people seem to think he's unhappy all the time, he just doesn't like smiling..don't know what's wrong with that

He just seems very ponderous and awkward and charmless. But I agree he's got a great recording voice and is talented. I think he may come out of himself as the contest goes on. He'll make an album, def - and I'd buy it.

Shaun pointed it out in another thread, I think the big problem is he hates being on the show but it's the only way he'll finally get recognised. He isn't particularly suited for the show really
