I agreed to stay so they would send the modem, I had probs with my lappy it wouldn't connect so phoned talktalk,they said it was not the modem.
I took it to PC world paid £50 for a diagnostic ...nothing wrong with it! Sis lends me hers and has same prob, ring talktalk they now say modem faulty! I'm really annoyed, they have cost me £50 and conned me into agreeing to extending my contract
