Now that the Banks acting as executor for his estate have frozen his assets , we will start to see the backlash. Now that there is a good chance all the relatives and charities who are currently awaiting their share of his £4M will start to use the law to protect his name.

Innocent until proven guilty will be the unspoken mantra regardless of the number of allegations. You can't prove any of it in law and be prepared for a long legal battle which I fear the victims of Savile's abuse will ultimately lose.
