Arrow is officially my #2 show on air at the moment! Just watched the 4th episode, incredible. And I can't wait for more. It is almost overtaking my current fave show of the moment, The Big Bang Theory. A few more good ones and I reckon it could!

Now not only do I like the show, but Cassidy and Amell actually are great interacting with fans. I have got direct replies from both of them online. Nice to know they chatty with fans.

Possibly appearances and on press junkets, but maybe not in their own time (Facebook). He was doing it long, long before Arrow when he has only like 200 people that liked his Facebook page, and he still does and uploads videos answering questions or just in his everyday life. I'm not positive but I don't think people are specifically paid to reply to people individually which they both do. But they ARE paid to go talk to people face to face.

Whether they pay people for making videos for fans, not many people on TV, Film or singers do that. So fair play.
