Okay Soccer is not that big in the states but it's big in the Pacific NW area.
Every Sounders Home game is filled. I live in the midwest and one time I randomly came across a guy wearing a Sounders Top. I'm serious

Soccer has gotten more popular over here in the states. Because of a slew of reasons (Recent Dramatic Sucess in the last few years/Soccer played by a lot of youth) I don't have Fox Soccer so I can't really watch the EPL/Europe Matches that much along with MLS. But It's on the relevant stations like ESPN. And Yeah I can say the support for the Sounders is a bit Southern American Inspired. Montero/E.Johnson. *******ing Legends Eddie Johnson Really helped America get into the last round of '14 WC qualifying. Hope he gets time in the world cup. LOL Seattle has to share the pitch with the American Football Team who's home this week. Explaining the Seahawk stuff on the field.
