It's a fake, Game Informer have even said so themselves.

Should of made Vice City & San Andreas stories tbh. Although Liberty City Stories was a decent game too.

So 'The Game' who voiced B-Dup in San Andreas has confirmed he's been doing a little bit of work with Rockstar on GTA V (He talks about it at the 3:50 mark)
