Sad but probably true, there seems to be something with some voters when it comes to voting the interesting Americans to win, like it is a God given right for only those from the UK should win, I don't understand that mentality at all in these Celeb reality shows here. There again, Ashley might break that and go on to win, but if David Gest couldn't do it and he seemed quite popular, then doubt Ashley can. Think she could make the final three though.

Ash is going from, strength to strength. She did well in the bug task and she was the only one to say anything out loud when Eric had a go at Helen's skin. She seems a genuinely nice girl who is tough and can stand up for herself if she needs. I hope she wins but if not at least make the final.

"I've been bitten by a rat!”: Ashley Roberts' Bushtucker Trial stopped twice over safety fears

Ashley Roberts’ I’m a Celeb Terror Train trial hit the buffers TWICE because show bosses feared for her safety.

The first stop came after the singer – who won eight out of 10 stars for a Thanksgiving dinner – screamed she’d been “bitten by a rat”.

And the trial’s timer was halted a second time when a carriage door got stuck.

But the Pussycat Doll was told she’d be “fine” after the suspected rat attack following an examination by the show’s medic Bob.

A source revealed: “Ashley was trying to get through the specially built train from standard to first class, negotiating the usual horrible jungle critters on the way.

“But when she couldn’t open one of the train doors, the timer was stopped and crew members had to rush in and un-jam the door while she waited.”

Ashley returned with her haul of meals to the camp covered in fish-guts and slime, triumphant and dirty – only to discover her towel had been used by Helen Flanagan.

Ashley said: “Eight meals is solid. It’s Thanksgiving in America and I wanted a nice Thanksgiving.”

She was rewarded with a phone call home, after a general knowledge quiz, because her American family are not coming to Australia and can’t watch the show on TV.

She said after speaking to her mum and pet dog Cooper: “Everyone is so proud of me back home.”

Later the camp had a Jungle Thanksgiving Dinner of mutton bird, spatchcock, and a bottle of beer.
