Question What is your favourite?
What is your favourite thing to put on toast? I would say mine is Nutella. If I have no Nutella then I just have the classic buttered toast.

2 cut/shredded chicken breasts mixed with low fat mayo and chia seeds then tomato slices, cucumber slices, and lettuce. + another piece of brown toast on the top.

(this is only a rare occurrence but still healthy on brown)
