Default 'Hypothetical' dilemma!
I have a friend (no it's not me obv, and yes I do have friends before some smartarse comments )

My friend works in an office and had a short involvement with one of the bosses a while back. It fizzled out, and all seemed well for a while, but recently he has begun to touch her inappropriately, patting her on the bottom mainly.

She is reluctant to speak out, because he is her boss, but it makes her very uncomfortable, and she wants it to stop.

Advice please chaps I'll pass it on.

Tell her to tell him (In private of course)that in no uncertain terms will she put up with it,if he continues she will take the matter further,she would like to remain friends but what they had is over,hopefully he will get the message

From an employment point of view, she needs to make it clear that this behaviour Is unacceptable and it needs to stop. It can be initially off the record but she needs to make it clear that if it doesn't stop she will take it further. She can be nice about it but needs to be firm..
