Sadly some kids don't have parents...
Children in local authority care have always been targetted, they are sitting ducks.
I would love to know if any strategies are being put in place to protect them, in the light of the cases highlighted in the media?
It seems every other day we are hearing of more cases across the UK, nobody is ever held accountable for failing to protect these children.

I agree kizzy, there are far too many cases of horrific abuse. I know it's an age old problem and it will never be eradicated but there must be more that can be done. It makes me shudder to think about anyone ever hurting a child and yet there are too many people who get a kick out of it.
