It depends on who it is. If it some moron from school that I never talk to anyway or something like that, then I don't care.

But if it's someone I know quite well then I wouldn't exactly be hurt, but more confused as to what made them do that.

I've had it happen to me a few times anyway. I was Facebook friends with a most of my Aunts on my Mum's side of the family and there's a bit of a rift between my Mum and them. So something happened (I think they must have seen my Mum's name in my friends list or whatever) and 3 of them blocked her in addition to deleting and blocking me. It pissed me off a little bit because it's quite rude really. But if they want to be childish assholes then so be it.
