Same as Rupert in All Stars. Season of Pearl Islands had only aired 2 episodes when they started filming that season. Also as stated above Russell wasn't known in Heroes Vs Villains. I believe Shane from Exile Island was asked but due to Russell being such a character/tosser they had to have him back. Also the list on orginal post is mostly true however don't think Tarzan is in and Dawn and Malcolm are in as well.
