Seriously though it takes a strong character to say...I don't do this talking behind backs stuff, unfortunately it goes on in I would hazard a guess 100% of workplaces and most of us will have been spoken about at some time or other. You did the right thing bringing it to their attention that you had heard.

I dont talk about people at all cherie, i have been so supportive to this one person who after struggling at first and having the majority of the workplace against her has turned into a pretty decent worker and the staff that didnt particuly like her have become pally and respectful to her and that is pretty much down to me.
As i said to ammi its hard hearing what people think of you. I suppose i just feel really let down

I haven't seen much evidence of them on this thread. I'm all for confidence, but there's no need to be quite so rude. It doesn't make you look cool, it makes you look silly and spiteful.

Both women kizzy, i work in a pretty female dominated job. Most of the blokes that work there get on quite well, infact i thought i got on with everyone.
