Yeah cherie i know she did struggle at first and has more than once said she feels part of something now she has even said if it wasnt for me then she would have left by now, she probably didnt mean any of what was said.

Ive always been of the mind set that people at work dobt bother me wether they like or dislike me as the people i want to like and love and appreciate me are at home.

Agree with this although it doesn't make it easier when you hear bad things about yourself. Try and take it with a pinch of salt, you will be the bigger person for it. I bet they were mortified.
