people amend each other's posts all the time on this forum and say things like 'that's better' once they've done so. I've had it happen to me on numerous occasions, it's not a serious offence just a lighthearted bit of fun. It's not like they're amending your
original post, anyone browsing the thread can quite clearly see that what they've quoted has been altered. This has been going on for years on forums across the internet
