In terms of soundtrack I'd go for Fallout 3. The hours that I spent playing that game with Galaxy News Radio and hearing all the old fashioned music.
 I loved 'I Don't Want To Set The World On Fire' the most.  For original score however, BioShock 1 and 2 are both unparalleled. The music is sparingly used but it creates such atmosphere..
