¯\_(ツ)_/¯

First off, LOL at the title. Try to pinpoint the similarities between "Irreplaceable" and "Run the World (Girls)", please.
Secondly, I wasn't that blown away by the performance either. In all honesty I preferred Madonna's show, there was more of a spectacle about it. And I don't think Beyonce really silenced that many critics of her vocal ability either - she didn't sing for most of Crazy in Love, Single Ladies or End of Time. That said, saying she's a bad singer is pretty laughable. Live performances of the likes of Halo, Listen, I Was Here - and the press conference where she sang the Star Spangled Banner - pretty much writes that off entirely. The appeal with Beyonce totally lies with her 'ferocity' and I completely understand why people don't really give a toss about that. But she can dance, she can put on a show, she can sing. Give me her (performing live - obviously Paul is part of the greatest music act of all time) over McCartney gradually getting hoarser with 'Hey Jude' any day.
