Is being headbutted worse than being kicked to the ground?...who knows.

If (and it's a big if as far as I am concerned) its real...it could be a reflex type reaction...the human body when scared goes into fight or flight mode with the sudden rush of adrenaline.

What if someone with a heart condition was scared by her and had a heart attack? Would that be assault too?
