I think people need to be careful. From that video it seems as though those guys set up a fake profile on plenty of fish and made contact with that guy as a means of luring him in.

That's extremely dodgy ground and those interviewers, whilst providing a potentially justified service, are complete vigilante idiots. "Leave that booze there mate coz it's gonna be a fuc*ing long night."

"Nonce hunters."

Being approached and groomed is one thing. Luring lonely old guys into situations they may never ever have found themselves in, is quite another. I'm not excusing his behaviour, far from it, but the examples are completely different from each other.

Think I'll hold judgment till all the facts are known
