He has shown many indications that he's reformed. He's apologised, done charity work for domestic violence and has been forgiven by Rihanna. If the victim believes he's reformed then who are we to say he hasn't? I've lost count how many times she's said he's changed. He obviously still has his faults as he's been involved in other stuff but that's a separate issue and nothing to do with domestic violence.

If he hasn't changed though, do you really think he'd be stupid enough to throw away the career he's just got back? You may think he's abusive but he's not an idiot. I am 90% sure he won't hit her again.
