The 'comic strip presents' comedians Ade Edmonson, Dawn French, Rik Mayall, Jennifer Saunders and others Stephen Fry, Hugh Laurie and Rowan Atkinson were all great too, as was the writing of Ben Elton.
I totally agree that comedy took a nosedive when it went from cheeky to sleazy
