police data base yes but the hospital one?
people say allsort's of thing's for various reason's, you cant just lock everyone up that say's im going to kill someone!
a bloke was on a motorway bridge the other day saying he was going to kill himself after four hour's he came down!, he is now being charged with wasteing police time.

in somepart's yes it's job's worth's but the police can only do what the law say's they can do.
