I recently had a 3 month ban, what is the Green Party's view on such long bans, and was Kate's ban deserved?

The respect party does not court controversy, i'm sure each case is judged on it's own merits.
In some instances bans are warranted right and fair, and in the interest of all forum members.
And in others the lines crossed are more blurred.
We could not possibly comment on individual cases as that would be disrespectful.....
